  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are securely protected for transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
